These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase from Monarch Research Lab ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our research product range consists of RT 10mg, RT 20mg and RT 30mg Retatrutide vials, available individually or in 10-vial kits. These terms apply to each laboratory research product and kit.
1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, foods, supplements, or cosmetics. Our Research Use Notice is part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be a qualified researcher or act on behalf of a research institution or business.
- You must be legally allowed to buy and possess these products where you are located.
3. Your promises to us
By ordering, you represent and warrant that you will not use, sell, or give the products to anyone for human or animal consumption or use; that you will handle them only in a suitable laboratory; and that all information you give us is accurate. Breaking these promises ends your right to use the site and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Orders, pricing and refusal
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order at any time, including when we suspect human or animal use, fraud, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Shipping and risk
Orders confirmed before noon ship the same day.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for any customs duties and for making sure products may be legally imported where you are.
6. Returns
Because of the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@monarchresearchlab.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or issue a refund at our choice.
7. Product information and testing
Purity figures and certificates of analysis apply to the specific batch tested. Product descriptions are for research reference only and are not claims about effects in humans or animals.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in section 6, products and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury or loss arising from misuse of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monarch Research Lab, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
